Activities

The activities of the FOOD CLUSTER initiative are:

  • better information exchange between regions on regional production and research capacities to stimulate cooperation and interregional project development
  • exchange experiences of successful cluster development, regional strategies and exchange of regional innovation instruments
  • interregional project development on food research and innovation
  • networking of research organisations, companies and policy makers on European level

Enhancing welfare within Europe through diversity and excellence of food research driven regions. A ’sustainable’ ERA in FOOD-sciences is constructed through the Food Cluster Initiative.
